Here at Middleton Meats we pride ourselves in providing our animals with the higgest possible welfare standards.

Grass fed in the fields round our farm during the summer, straw bedded in our well ventilated sheds during the winter. 

A total of 54 food miles for each animal minimises our carbon footprint.

We dry age our Aberdeen Angus and Hereford beef for 25 days, producing exceptional flavour and tenderness.
