Feed wheat is very high in energy with average protein of 13%. High in starch (64%) and low in fibre (3%). Typically used for cattle, pigs and poultry. As nutrient value starts to deteriorate when it’s rolled, the fresher the better. We roll on our farm, so you can’t get fresher than that!
